My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to the overall room condition and maintenance issues.
Several cleanliness and upkeep problems were noticeable. One of the lights in the room was not working. The hair dryer was heavily covered in dirt. The window sill had dead insects that appeared to have been there for quite some time. The bathroom exhaust fan produced excessive noise, suggesting poor maintenance. The walls, door surfaces, and general finishes were visibly dirty.
There were also signs of mold developing around the sink area. The hallway had an unpleasant odor. The towels did not appear to be properly cleaned, with visible traces suggesting prior use. The shower water flow was extremely weak due to heavy mineral buildup on the fixtures.
Sound insulation was very poor. Outdoor noise as well as hallway noise could be clearly heard inside the room.
On a positive note, the front desk staff were polite, proactive, and welcoming. They consistently greeted guests and demonstrated a helpful attitude.
However, the housekeeping staff showed little courtesy, including rushing into elevators without basic guest acknowledgment. Additionally, management staff did not greet guests when encountered, which contributed to an overall lack of hospitality professionalism.
The management’s lack of attention to maintenance and guest experience significantly detracts from the brand’s image.
