"The staff was courteous, and the property was clean, but I was disappointed that housekeeping was not included during my five-night stay. Even after requesting service, my room was still not cleaned the next day. More consistent servicing should be provided for longer stays."

"The hotel itself is fine. We had a king suite with pullout couch for our grandson. Couch was very uncomfortable. Thankfully we were lucky to have a lot of blankets to cushion him from the coils that popped out. The facility was nice with a decent breakfast but the pool was closed for an entire day which was disappointing. My main concern with them is that I had a service dog and after we left they threw on a charge for a pet. I was able to call and get it resolved but I wasn’t happy someone made a random decision to charge us a pet fee without asking. He clearly was marked with his service dog harness and it was very obvious."
