"As I told the desk clerk at checkout, Our toom had a funky oder, it smelled like feet. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the carpets and the a/c unit every time we left the room, to no avail. It still stunk. Also, I know I was there over the weekend, but the carpets in the 1st floor hall still had little circular beads all over it. "The absolute WORST experience, staff, etc etc....I booked a room and had all the information and the staff would not let me check in....that place stole $116.00 from me and Expedia is a terrible service....never go here EVER... it's horrible and needs to be shut down....EABOD smelly man"

"The room was huge we had a king room, the water pressure in the sink was not great- the shower was awesome. Bigger size fridge then I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. Close to a dunkin, burger king and other food places. The pillows were odd, tiny. The room key kept deactivating so that was sort of annoying. Over all it was quiet, even with the hotel being full it was quiet not loud rude guest. We did have our dog, and other guests had dogs so there were barking but it wasnt loud."

"The best way to describe this hotel. It’s a vintage hotel with a really nice vibe. Has an outdoor pool. Has an indoor pool as well that is heated. a really big fitness center with a couple TVs. Sometimes the lobby temperature could be off heck no big deal. I’ll come here every year. Pool outside is on pomperaug river overlooking the golf course. Plenty of parking. Restaurant onsite with great drinks and bar menu. TVs. Closes at 900/930pm"

"I deal with contamination OCD, so finding hotels is scary and daunting, but this location was amazing and put my fears at ease. It was clean and spacious. Everything was lovely and the staff was wicked kind."

"The room wasn't bad. I had to wait for a remote to the TV until late evening. The refrigerator was leaking although they had a blanket on top to absorb the condensation. The bed was okay."

"Property is well kept. Smells amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage is a plus and location was easily accessible and quiet. Would stay again"
