Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We had someone from Expedia call to cancel reservations twice. We booked this hotel bc it advertised being within walking distance in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. When in fact, it was on opposite coast from Istanbul. No one has contacted us back regarding cancellation or a refund. We are VERY unhappy.
