"Paid extra for a room with two beds and extra pullout couch. No blankets or linens provided for the couch and no one to help with anything. Not enough towels provided for number of guests stated. Had to go get those. We were only there one night but for an extended stay, nothing was provided. Beds were comfortable but small. Did not use couch as stated and doubled up on bed which was tight squeeze. Felt like you were going to fall out of bed with any movement. Okay for one night stay but...

"Poor communication from the outset. I sent a message asking if they could clarify a couple of small details relating to the area and mentioned that i would be checking out a day earlier (not asking for a refund) as i had booked an extra day by mistake. 2 months later i received a reply. Arrival - Directions clear enough but there is no sign at all for the property, no person to meet you on arrival, the only person i saw other than the odd other guest here and there was a cleaner. "Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night."

"The breakfast was great. Based on interactions with other guests, they enjoyed it as much as I did. The room and the bed are spacious. I slept soundly and rested well in the hotel after a hectic weekend. I would like to suggest to the management to work on the elevator and keep it tidy. The floor of the elevator is old with a lot of cracks. The strong and unpleasant smell in the hallway also needs to be checked."
