"Our room clearly was not vacuumed and the garbages were full of litter from previous occupants. We were given 2 body towels for 2 people and staff were resistant to provide “extra”. The sheets on one bed had tears and there was a definite musty smell in the main area. Breakfast was basic but apples in the holder were clearly rotten. We will not be back."

"Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal.
