"The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). "The property is conveniently located: walkable to Old Quebec if you can handle the uphill & downhill; less than 10 mins drive; close to hwy; grocery and eateries nearby; relatively safe despite of some harmless homeless folks few blocks away from the property. All in all, it's a good place to stay."
