"The entire staff during my stay was welcoming and accommodating. Lala, the housekeeper, was exceptional as well. She made sure we were okay with supplies. And the room was very very clean and fresh upon entering. The breakfast, omg, was so good....a different protein each morning for the 3 days I was there....a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. So worth the stay here. I would stay here again if I get the opportunity to visit N. Carolina again."

"The room was very nice and large. The hotel is under major renovation and I think they should have disclosed that before I made the reservation. That being said, I had to check out early and they were very helpful working with Expedia to make that easy."

"This hotel was filthy. I had to take Lysol wipes that I had in my car to wipe down all surfaces including the floors. My room was not cleaned for three of the four nights of our stay, The desk clerk said we had to request it. It was never disclosed to me that this was the process and it was not posted anywhere. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Staff was OK. Parking was OK. "

"The breakfast was a brown paper bag with a muffin, a granola bar and orange and an orange drink There were tiles in my bedroom that I tripped over because they were not glued down. I guess you don’t change your sheets if you stay more than one day."

"It was convenient to Duke Raleigh Hospital. Room was nice but property was older. There was hair stuck to ceiling in bathroom. Door was warped from water damage. There was a hole in the closet next to the safe. It seemed like a place that was used for one night rental often. Towels were on a rack that had water damage and the finish was flaking off. It was fine for a short stay. Starbucks in lobby had barista that served three men before we got our order. Even though one was a hot coffee like...

"Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to stay at the property because all the rooms were booked. I can’t really speak on the actual stay experience, but I hope to have the opportunity to visit in the future. "

"The rooms were very clean with fluffy white towels and clean beds , the staff the friendliest , sadly the WiFi didn’t not work and the air conditioning was very noisy , however it was excellent value for money and if we return to the area we would definitely stay here again . Thank you"
