"The staff was kind and friendly, however the room was not clean, also, upon booking we should have been told that the pool was closed. When traveling with a baseball team it’s the one thing the players like. Also, we were told, as adults we couldn’t sit in the common area. Just a horrible stay. "

I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. "

"We loved our stay at Fair Oaks! Very clean, breakfast was wonderful, our room was spacious and had plenty of supplies. The only thing we don’t love was the lack of house keeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned during our stay."
