I've stayed here approx 6 or 7 times over the last year, its always a 5 star experience. Its a beautiful place set back from a road (not a busy road). Its always exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast is fantastic, always hot. I always try and stay here when I'm up visiting family and hope to stay again in Feb 2024.

We recently stayed for two nights at The Cliffe Hotel in Lowestoft and were very pleased with our experience. The location was not what we expected from a seaside hotel

We had a WONDEFUL stay. I have to admit, when we arrived, we were not at all sure, but within a short period of time, it became very apparent that we had made a good choice. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and a huge bed, very comfortable. Amazing room it had everything we needed for the weekend

All the little additions that make a great b&b are considered and make the stay special. The breakfast is good value and the service is really attentive and aimed to give you a great experience. The information they provide is also helpful but they could do with up dating some of the restaurant reccomendations which were in some cases overly optimistic in the presentation! Fab stay would thoroughly reccomend.

This hotel was lovely. Welcoming staff The room was clean the location is great. Wouldn’t recommend getting a room at the front if you have children it might be a bit noisy early hours of the morning. Arrived at the Shrewsbury after a very long journey. Was greeted by sandie who was friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. She showed us to room which was very well equipped and extremely clean. We had the four poster suite which was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The breakfasts were excellent. We will certainly stay at the Furzedown next time we come to Great Yarmouth.

I’ve gone past this hotel so many times over the years when I was seeing someone who lived in caister. She always put me off going there I’m so glad we split up and I didn’t listen to her and stayed here Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff really friendly and helpful The pool, steam room etc was really good and clean A great breakfast with really great staff 10 out of ten and I will go back Thank you
