"The property was described as having stunning views. The back view of a parking lots full of junk and rubbish, the front of the building is to a busy noisy road. The water in all drains (shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) were very slow to drain. There was mould and dirt in the grout all around the shower. There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins. "

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"This was a perfect find. Communication great, the host is a pleasure to deal with. Great space and super-quiet. A lovely place to relax. Highly recommended "

Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. "It was so close to the departure areas of Gatwick airport we just wheeled our luggage to the shuttle and the terminal we needed at 6 in the morning. We also ate with a 20% discount an evening meal the night before our departure. It was very compact but very clean and comfortable for us. "
