We had to check out because of the smell in our non smoking room that felt like smoking room,causing an asthma attack on my aunt.we booked 6 days, spent a night and They refused to refund. They were only interested in the money not your safety. They did not leave to expectation. Book at your own risk!!"

"This would have been the perfect place for my overnight stay before collecting somebody from Gatwick airport early the next morning. However, it was a cold night and the heating was not on. When I called for assistance at 21.30 I was told that somebody would check the boiler and that it was on a timer and should come on soon! "The owner collected us from the airport bus station, £15 for the 3 of us. Our room was adequate with 3 beds however the shower room was very good. Looked like it was recently refurbished. One issue was the shower head was loose. The room temperature was decent and the beds clean and comfortable though new pillows are needed as they are pretty thin. Also the scatter cushion covers need a wash. The location is great for Gatwick Airport and a reasonable price. "

"The shower didnt work, the TV didnt work, the wifi didnt work, no hair dryer (it didnt matter as i couldnt shower). Bathroom was outside the room, past the front door communal area and hall (it may have said this on booking, i dont recall, not ideal walking past the front door in pj's at 2am though) Bed was comfy though, close to gatwick and lucky with on site parking as we managed to squeeze in a tiny spot that somehow didnt block anyone else in. "Warm welcome. Single room compact. Shower was amazing, best ever. Room decor could be spruced up. Honesty Bar. Evening Dinner was delicious but slightly expensive. Breakfast cooked to order for 0700hrs. Great coffee and breakfast highly recommended. "

"Comfortable, clean and good sized room for a brilliant price. WiFi was good, tea and coffee in the room and nice bathroom. The hotel was great with check in as we didn’t arrive until nearly 1am, would recommend letting them know in advance so you know their policy. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
