"Despite the look of the entrance being poorly maintained, we thought maybe they were under construction. The room we specifically booked for the amenities was reported to have no AC and an alternative room was offer but at the same price without discount. The alternate room was insect infested and paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. We immediately went to the front to cancel but he was unable to refund us because of the 3rd party booking.
