"Staff on entering were so friendly. The bed was so comfortable which was jist what Iweneeded when we were so exhausted. Great to have a super shower with strong water to properly clean ourselves. Excellent room set up meaning our bed wasn't close to the next cabin. Same with the toilet and shower. Very clever layouts. "

Yes the lobby is under repair so access to the rooms is outside at the moment and there is no functional lift at this time. If that doesn't bother you, you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay. The staff was so lovely, I couldn't have asked for a better experience"

"Virgin Australia cancelled my flight home and rebooked on one three days later. So at 11pm I jumped on Expedia and found Punthill Sunshine. They were great, easy check-in and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste- my trip was a day trip. So I had nothing with me. The room was clean, the hotel is only 12 months old. Complimentary coffee (Nespresso) in the room and lobby. It’s a 5min walk to Sunshine station and they even gave me a late checkout ❤️ I would certainly stay with them again. "
