"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"In such high altitude, with the vanishing winter and melting snow, there are really a lot to explore in oberhof. The stay at the hotel was excellent and authentic. "Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte.
