My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money."

"This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. "It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."
