The hotel does not have air conditioning, impossible to open windows as it’s right above the road and the dumpster of the restaurant not to mention a lot of flies and bees came into the room. We also didn’t find it safe opening the window with a 7 year old in the room."

"The hotel location was great and our room had a good view of the castle. We stayed for 5 nights. The biggest surprise was when we walked into the room. The room had a bad smell, like sewage/ bathroom smell as we walked in. Once the air conditioning starts going and air starts circulating, smell goes away. But next day when we leave the room taking the key out, AC stops working and when we come back later in the day, the room greets us with a same bad smell. We informed the front desk on the 2nd...
