"We had such a lovely stay here. The location is perfect, right in the city centre with very easy access to everything. We also really appreciated the hotel’s focus on sustainability. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the management was excellent. Parking is quite limited, so reservations are strongly advised, but there are plenty of nearby multi-storey car parks, which made it convenient"

Her default response to anything is “no” “fully booked” or “not possible”. For example, she initially said there was no parking but then when a colleague gave us a space we discovered there were loads available. The internal design is strange too. We weren’t given any introduction so we had to search for the garage and...

La chambre est propre, sauf les alèses qui étaient très sales et présence de moisissures dans la douche. Les matelas du lit double sont séparés et inconfortables. Pas de pantoufles ds les chambres"
