"Great location for visiting this wonderful city. Surrounded by local restaurants and a short walk to the Guggenheim museum."

"Clean and modern, well-appointed and everything worked. Excellent option for small family (although would have been small for 4 adults). Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) but felt a little quiet at night. Overall, a good option at less than price of family room in central location or paying for two rooms."

"Everything was great. Only problem was our air conditioning wasn’t working and it was super hot that day and night. Did complain about it, as it was so late when we checked in they couldn’t do anything. Staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again next time, hopefully the air conditioning will work."

"Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. "Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man kommt mit Bus und zu Fuß perfekt in die Gegend um das Guggenheim Museum und in die Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Zimmer sind großzügig und die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar (wir hatten 40 grad). Alle Mitarbeiter/innen sind ausgesprochenen freundlich und hilfsbereit, geben gute Empfehlungen. "We had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We were surprised to find tea/coffee/kettle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carpark instructions were easy to follow but to get to the hotel from the carpark, walk down the road to your left rather than straight ahead."

"I had tripped while walking to the hotel and the manager on duty immediately brought me ice for bruises and a cut lip, bandaids and special water. Breakfast as part of the reservation was ample with many choices taken at the restaurant next door. Despite the unusual hot weather I walked to the Guggenheim Museum and around the Old Town."

"Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish."
