"One night was way too short of a stay. The last we were in town and stayed here it was for 3 nights and it was the perfect amount of time. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom the towels smelled so clean and fresh! Eat at both places, the fine dining and the pub. Food was delicious. Definitely my preferred choice for lodging in Lititz. Walking distance to many cute shops and places to eat. Love that you have a designated parking spot, so once you park, essentially you don’t have to drive anywhere. "

"I booked this hotel to stay with my daughter after a concert. I booked it based on the reviews and I feel I was mislead. The location was the first issue. It is tucked behind a few run down buildings and parking lot is not well lit. The room was really old, dingy and run down. The bathroom was the only redeemable space as it looked like it was newly renovated. Ok…around midnight I heard a loud horn. I said if it sounded like a train. I pulled my curtain…it WAS a train, right outside my window. It was like the my cousin Vinny scene. Had I known any of this I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Didn't need the air conditioner. Had to change my room. Bugs in the first room. Second room toilet wouldn't stop making noise. Next room the bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves inside and broke the frame. Bathtub kept dripping. The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and only white bread for toast and no yogurt offered."

"I don’t understand the heating system in the rooms. Once you put it on heat; it should stay on heat. Instead, it went back and forth between being comfortably heated to being cold. It did that throughout the night. It would be nice if they would get that properly adjusted, The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly and courteous, parking was convenient and it was nice that they offered both hot and continental breakfasts. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. "
