Candlewood Suites Hot Springs by IHG
I checked into a room that was already occupied. Subsequently, I was assigned another room; however, the key card provided did not function. After obtaining a working key card, I proceeded to take a shower, but the hairdryer was non-operational. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hot Springs
Pool was very dirty! Hallway carpet is buckled…very dangerous. Room needs repairs & update. Will not stay there again!

The front desk guy was extremely efficient and helpfull. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was weird but ok. Its loud at night. Flushing toilets can be heard from different rooms, the heater clicks while its on and for some time after turning off. The fire alarm went off for about 10 seconds ...
