"The room was exceptional amidst the lack of firmness of the mattress and terribly soft pillows. The staff were pleasant, courteous and very accommodating. Breakfast was a plain 5/10..eggs, naah n oj ..yuck.... accommodations were a 8/10 pool great, hot tub great and gym useful"

"The heat did not work. It only blew cold air. The toilet seat was dirty with dried pee. The back of the toilet had loose hairs. The baseboard moldings had an inch of dust and grossness. The shower ledges were not clean - also dusty. The carpet needs to be refreshed in appearance and scent. No shower cap. No bar of soap for handwashing. Never. Again. Food was midrange at best. "

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."

"Goid complete breakfast, property was maintained , room was clean , but the hallway 2nd floor had a terrible bad fish smell! From elevators all the way down to end of hall to my room - terrible smell, i informed front desk- they dont have a clue- something fishy nasty smelling!"

"The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast goes till 11:00, something I really appreciate, and the breakfast room is comfortable yet elegant. The carpeting in the hallways is getting a little tired, but it's clean."
