"We arrived late in the evening. The receptionist was friendly and helpful getting us checked in. She gave us some options for grabbing a quick bite in the area. The staff was helpful and warm during our entire stay. There was coffee and tea available for guests in the sitting area. Two walking plans were provided in our room to help us explore the old town. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I am glad we chose to stay at a local establishment over a big chain hotel."

"Balcony pool area was beautiful. WiFi awful on lower floor had to have room moved to higher floor so internet would work. Couldn’t open anything on phone in our original room on 3rd floor. Moved to new room on 9th floor and had no issues with WiFi"

"The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly with a smile. The hotel is very close to cruise port(20 minutes walk-very flat road) you look across the street and you can see the ship. 20 minutes walk to old Quebec. Everything surrounds the hotel is walkable, don’t rent a car. The best part of the hotel is the hand delivered breakfast to your room every morning at 7:00am, very convenient. Thank you!"
