"My guest room at the Canopy by Hilton Chicago was beautifully appointed, and I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine and the refillable water bottle—both thoughtful touches. However, the lobby felt a bit worn, and the coffee bar and main bar, despite being described as 24 hours, had limited operating hours. The location is excellent, with easy access to major Chicago attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops. The biggest disappointment was the service: the desk clerk I interacted with...

"The entire staff were super friendly and professional even at our midnight check-in due to a flight delay. The breakfast crew were also extremely helpful and polite every morning which was a great way to start the day. The rooms were also very big and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
