"We had a wonderful stay at La Brauderie, the caravan/ Shepherds Hut was superb with an idyllic location and Julie was a superb host. Breakfast was excellent and very French! We only stayed one night and wished it was longer and we hope to return. "

A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "Lovely clean modern hotel. Suite was huge and beds really comfy. We stayed during a hot period so struggled a big with the heat as the suite has big windows, but there was an aircon unit we could use. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was nice but we kept having to ask for refills of most things, but they were happy to do that. The grounds are stunning and relaxing. We would sit ourside in the evening with a local beer (great IPA and Blond) and listen to the birds."
