"Although the hotel is gorgeous and well kept, the service is somewhat on a mediocre level. The valet and staff are extremely friendly and exemplify southern hospitality 100%. "We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! ..."
