We stayed in room 304, there were two things we didn’t like about the room. The closet bar was not in the correct position. Difficult to get your clothes on and off the hangers. The shower is very narrow. I’m 5’ 8” 205 pounds and it was tight. Great breakfast, great location to Hobby airport and Hertz rental car location. There are several fast food options not to far away. We went to the Dairy Queen two to three minutes away from the hotel and the food was hot and very good. The front desk clerk who checked us in was fantastic, we ran into her every time we returned to the hotel at night.

I stayed atBest Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites hotel for four nights, from March 17th to March 20th, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated incidents of disrespectful treatment. On my first night, I checked into a room that was clearly unclean—the bed was not made, and it appeared as though someone had already used the room. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who apologized and were polite. I even took photos. Unfortunately, I was told it was the last available room, so I had no choice but to stay. Despite this poor start, I chose not to escalate the situation and remained a cooperative, understanding customer. On my last night, Room 124 had a very bad smell upon returning. The front desk did attempt to address it, which I appreciated, but it was still an unpleasant experience and not what I expect as a paying guest. As someone who travels to Houston strictly for work, having a clean and comfortable place to rest is essential. I paid for four nights, and basic standards should be met without issue. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and generally have had good relationships with most staff members. However, there is one employee, Cindy, whose behavior has consistently made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point where I have previously avoided staying here because of her. Yesterday, I extended my stay through Expedia and attempted to call the front desk around 11:30 AM to notify them, but no one answ

I stayed atBest Western Plus Hobby Airport Inn & Suites hotel for four nights, from March 17th to March 20th, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated incidents of disrespectful treatment. On my first night, I checked into a room that was clearly unclean—the bed was not made, and it appeared as though someone had already used the room. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who apologized and were polite. I even took photos. Unfortunately, I was told it was the last available room, so I had no choice but to stay. Despite this poor start, I chose not to escalate the situation and remained a cooperative, understanding customer. On my last night, Room 124 had a very bad smell upon returning. The front desk did attempt to address it, which I appreciated, but it was still an unpleasant experience and not what I expect as a paying guest. As someone who travels to Houston strictly for work, having a clean and comfortable place to rest is essential. I paid for four nights, and basic standards should be met without issue. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and generally have had good relationships with most staff members. However, there is one employee, Cindy, whose behavior has consistently made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point where I have previously avoided staying here because of her. Yesterday, I extended my stay through Expedia and attempted to call the front desk around 11:30 AM to notify them, but no one answ

We only stayed overnight so we weren’t able to get the full experience however, the place is really nice. Our room alone was put together from the beds, to the bathroom. Definitely impressed and would recommend

Airport shuttle was really helpful. Didn’t get breakfast cause we left at 4:30 am, so can’t speak to that. We had trouble checking in — something went wrong and it didn’t get pushed from Expedia to the hotel system, so we had to call Expedia customer service in order to check in. Everything at the hotel was great.

Little too crowded at breakfast, and a gate was closed that forced parking to be one-way in and out. Outlets on both bedside lamps were loose and would not hold plug tight enough to charge phone. Stayed 4 days and rode the shuttle to airport a few times which was a big help.

Concierge at check in placed me in a room that was quiet (3rd floor vs 1st floor). my socks were dirty after walking in socks in room= carpet dirty???

The hot tub was hot enough and the internet was powerful. The front desk staff Cindy left a lasting impression on me. She was very helpful, friendly, respectful and kind. My flight came in 3 hours before check-in time and she was very accommodating, settled me in the lobby and initiated early check-in at no additional cost.

The staff were rude and unprofessional. Room was not properly clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and air conditioning sounded so loud it felt life there was a construction in the room

Basic accommodations that are clean and reasonable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They also have fried eggs and sausage or ham along with bread, bagels, or soft wraps so don't think too basic.
