Beautiful property. The staff was amazing from the time I arrived to the time I left. Super comfy bed and amazing shower. The food was also great. The only downside is no microwave or refrigerator. I would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful property and great location . All the staff were really helpful and kind. The only flaw was that the refrigerator didn’t get cold in the room. Outside of that this hotel is a 4 star property.

The staff was okay, but I feel they could have been more helpful. I ordered DoorDash, and it was left at the front desk with my room number, but no one called or notified me that it had arrived. I happened to come downstairs and found it sitting on the counter, so unfortunately, the food was cold by the time I picked it up. Overall, I also don’t feel the room was worth the price. I had wanted to try something new, but after this experience, I wish I had booked my usual hotel, the JW. In my experience, the JW offers much more for the price when it comes to the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the rooms. I wanted to give this hotel a try, but I’ll be sticking with the JW going forward.

Stayed here a one night staycation and LOVED it. The room was well decorated, bed was very comfortable, and water pressure in the rainfall shower head amazing. All things I always hope for when staying at a hotel. We received a $20 credit for room service and ordered the margarita pizza and it was genuinely probably the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few!). I’ll go back to the restaurant just for the pizza! Highly recommend this hotel and its friendly staff.

Fantastic property in downtown Houston. Close to the Museum and Library Districts. Ample and tastefully decorated public areas. Apple and well laid out rooms, although some of the furniture is calling from a little maintenance. Helpful and friendly staff.
