The room we stayed in smelled terrible. I was just too tired to walk back down because the first room was locked from the inside so we couldn’t get in. Advertised breakfast but there wasn’t any. The room looked clean though.

I chose this hotel because of the closeness to the airport and all of the amenities they offered. However, this place was terrible and absolutely everything was out of order. Pool- out of order, Womens restroom-out of order, juice machine during breakfast-out of order, airport shuttle- out of order, fitness center- out of order. Rooms have roaches and beds have bugs. I will NEVER stay here ever again!!!!! I stayed here for 7 days and everything I mentioned was out of order the entire time.

missed a flight. I Had to get a hotel asap. It had the best price and best rate. The pool water was cloudy but it didn't matter to me, because I didn't use it. The continental breakfast was normal. I like waffles and coffee so it was good.

Close to the airport but needs works

Got delayed in Houston overnight so had to pick a close hotel. Staff were super nice but the first 2 rooms had mold or broken AC controller. Second 2 rooms much better but toilet seat was broken and bathroom screws were loose. Snack area had enough to hold us over. Breakfast ended at 9 and checkout at 12 which was nice considering our flight wasn’t until 3.

While the room itself could have been cleaner, there was one Staff Member who went above and beyond. Her name is Kim. She helped my elderly mother when I was not on site. It makes me happy there a still kind people on the world. Now if they could just clean the remote controls….(it was sticky and grimy). Luckily, I had a can of Lysol.

The bed was the best thing in the room. The bathroom was the deal breaker for me. The tub was very rusted around the fixtures and the floor not swept. The carpet not vacuumed. Lot of places on the walls need painting, and in the ceiling covers were missing off of the sprinklers or something. There was no battery cover for the tv remote. We got to the hotel in between 8:30pm - 9:00pm, and we left at around 5:15am. The outside of the hotel needed some attention also. The pool was not in use either. I will not return, not recommend, I was so dissatisfied.😣

We got stuck in Houston for a layover and checked in and got put next to a couple that were fighting the entire time, physically, as well as threatening firearms to the point where police ended up showing up! The hotel staff would not move rooms for us. They also would not kick the guest out and the police had to go with the discretion of the hotel manager who was not available. It was a new employee and she did not know the protocol so between the hours of 3 AM and 9 AM they were left to fight the entire night and we got no sleep. I felt so unsafe the day after that we ended up leaving early and not even staying there the second night. I was told we would be getting a refund and I have still yet to this day almost 2 weeks later not heard back from the manager and at this point I’m gonna end up having to dispute with my bank. I am super frustrated to say the least. Also, the manager was never on site and their pool doesn’t even work and is not open.

Stayed here and had a few issues. The front desk advised that there was new management so no breakfast was offered/available (although online says breakfast included). The first room we got in the ac was broke. 83 degrees when walked in and it was set on 70. They moved us to another room where ac worked. However, 3 roaches in bathroom. There was used soap in the bathroom as well so room had been half cleaned.

I was really disappointed once I got to this hotel. The website and Expedia stated there was a morning breakfast. The hotel is going under renovations and new management therefore, no breakfast is being served. The pool was closed. There was no iron in my hotel room. The hotel reeked of marijuana. Definitely a waste of money and I would not recommend at all.
