Patel is very professional and helpful. Check-in was easy and there was no deposit when paying with my credit card. Rooms are newly refreshed, clean, and comfy. It will be my go to when I am working in this area.

The overall hotel is very shabby.. The first room had a nonworking lock on the door. Anyone could get in. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk he asked if we needed a lock…..? YES! 2nd room-when I showered & tried the hairdryer it was broken. I went to the front desk & got another dryer, but when plugged in it smoked & spit out fire! Front desk said it was new! I told him it was a fire hazard. He said he will need time to find another. Never heard back. My daughter bought one at a local store. When we got back that evening the front hotel door wouldn’t open. A guest literally picked it up and moved it sideways to open it. The back door was propped open by a rag so people would come in and out at will. The room itself was clean so we opted to stay. I would not stay there again. Not what I’d expected from a Wyndham property.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I have no complaints overall. Room was clean, plenty of towels, and working AC. There is a new policy-$100 cash deposit for any damages to the room.... I will continue to stay here for my Houston trips to see family and friends.

There were no movie channels like hbo or cinemax, etc. a guest had a dog that yapped and woke me at 5am., also, the people above me kept stomping around so it was not quiet for me. The room was very clean and the coffee was good.

Front Desk was helpful day shift night attendant had a terrible demeanor like he didn't want too work. My refrigerator in the room never work stayed their for 3 days in room 205..The rooms are really nice but drapes need changing moldy and bed was not comfy..I was surprised free breakfast only muffin and dry cereal..Thats pricey 80.00 night...Housekeeping like to knock on your door before check out time.. I dont like to see dogs in Hotel the stinge is a big negative..Overall, just okay but wont stay here again..

The room itself was okay. I found a live roach on the bed and floor. Besides that, the room was clean and spacious. Good food and shopping within 5 to 10 minutes. Elevator was not working. The stairs were dirty and appeared that people might be living in the stairs. The free breakfast is small muffins, cereal, and coffee. No hot food is served. Overall, it’s fine if you’re on a tight budget. Otherwise, find a different hotel.

Just ok

We had a problem with the first room that was non-smoking, but smelled like people had been smoking in it. Luckily the person at the front desk immediately changed us to a different room. The exterior of the building was fine, the lobby was fine, but the hallways floors were very dirty. The second room was clean and comfortable. we've stayed in this hotel a few times before and unfortunately it seems like it is in decline from where it used to be. Overall, it was ok for the price, but don't expect anything more.

My recent vacation stay at this hotel was generally okay. The location was quite convenient, allowing me easy access to the Bellair area and downtown, which was exactly what I was looking for. The area around the hotel is nice, with a park right behind the property where I enjoyed walking for exercise and fresh air. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby options, including a Chinese buffet, various stores, and restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat or shop. The staff was alright overall. However, I did notice they seemed a bit unhappy when I requested simple items like a pen. It would be better if they were more welcoming and helpful with such requests. One thing that could be improved is communication about the key policy. We weren't informed that the keys are changed daily, which caused some confusion when our key stopped working on the last day. We only realized this when we tried to use the door and had to go to the front desk for assistance, which was inconvenient, especially since our room was located near the back exit. Another aspect that could be improved is the availability of towels at the front desk. We ran out of towels and asked for more, but the staff directed us to the janitor, who informed us they were running out. It would make for a better guest experience if towels were more readily available at the reception area. Overall, the hotel served its purpose with a decent location and basic amenities.

Much potential. While in repair mode though, weekend prices far to high and dramatic a change. I didn't have hot water till 30 mins before my checkout time , the desk person at that time was understandibg but still tried to be rushy. Question the overall cleanliness with no hot water available, but can see it being a great worthwhile stay when repairs are eventually finished, pipes, carpets throughout etc, a feasible find given the current weekday rates, but rate hike and large deposit for cash after already staying there, unacceptable

Days inn by wyndham. Use to be nice...first room fire alarm wouldn't stop chirping so..room 2. It smelled better than the 2nd floor...but the water faucet needs descaled..okay. Not bad went to bed ... Took shower in morning. Went to open bathroom door...nope. Wouldn't open. There is no fan. Starting to sweat. Knob was broken would not open. Anyway j finally heard me bang on door and had to call them to open it! Then..then i just want water sooooo finish getting dressed...go to their coffee bar and saw jug .ice cold water...yay that what i want! Nope...poured a cup...warm with floating stuff and hair. I am done!
