Exceptionally clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great, and the view of the lake was beautiful. Parking was easy and hassle-free throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back!

New Residence Inn (about 9-months old), clean rooms, good breakfast options, and all friendly staff especially Ryan. Outstanding customer satisfaction in taking care of his customers beyond the usual checking in/out. Also, it’s a bonus to have a beautiful fountain pond outside to walk/jog around and walkable distance to an outdoor mall.

The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away by car. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

This is my 2nd time staying here. Its always clean, nice location, and staff is nice. I came early and since my room was ready, they let me check-in. I appreciate that! My only suggestion is to have a key box on the front desk. I checkout out in the middle of the night and no one was at the front desk. I put my key under their keyboard but knew that someone could easily pick up the key and go back to my room. So, I just would have felt more comfortable placing my key in a box. Lovely stay though and this is my go-to hotel when traveling to Houston.

This place was new, clean, and a great value. The location is good and it was a better stay than Residence Inn Pasadena. Breakfast was over at 9am. SO, my only suggestion would be for it to be open longer. I'd stay here again.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean the staff was professional and the continental breakfast was actually really good. The environment was just really peaceful and the view is nice. It's a great place to work out even outside because of the water and the walking trail. The lady employee who served the continental breakfast area was amazing and very accommodating. She stood out to me as I watched her help other people so graciously. The guys that worked the desk last night and this morning were professional and helpful!

I didn’t get to get on the pool, but the pool area was very clean. Loved the fireplace and patio. The staff was great very helpful. There’s a lot of food places and shopping areas near the hotel 5mins away. I would go back here again

The stay was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated that the hotel had a shower bench for guests with physical disabilities—the design was very convenient for my mother. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was centrally located near shopping malls, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Was a great place for a quick stay. A very easy access and safe area with lots of parking. The pool looked nice but didn’t use it and also didn’t try the breakfast. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was our TV volume didn’t work but we were there a short period of time so never said anything.

Shantole at the front desk was so helpful and cheerful that she kicked off our stay with such joy and delight. All of the staff we came in contact with was just very helpful, and pleasant. That was such a highlight. The amenities, cleanliness, and room size were perfect. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

For a new hotel, the room we stayed in was spacious; however, it looked sloppy and run down. Didn't really look or feel new. There were pen marks on the furniture and what looked like marker in the bathroom in the shower. The wallpaper in the bathroom was sloppily done and peeling. A man who worked the front desk was incredibly rude and didn't know what he was doing. I called to ask about some suspicious charges on my card and he hung up the phone in my face because he couldn't explain it. Incredibly unprofessional. Unfortunately this is the newest hotel in Pearland.

I spent 8 nights during this stay and 10 nights total over the past two weeks. The breakfast options were excellent, and the room was spacious with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I did experience a few challenges. Housekeeping was scheduled to provide full service on the seventh day, but there were some inconsistencies with the service. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and was never repaired during my stay. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud, especially at night. That said, the staff was always accommodating and willing to refresh the room whenever needed. The true highlight of my stay was Ryan at the front desk. He was exceptionally kind, compassionate, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping guests. His professionalism and dedication went far above and beyond expectations. Ryan is a tremendous asset to the Marriott team, and I plan to personally recognize him with Marriott corporate. Five stars to Ryan!

Our stay for 4 nights was superb! Hotel is close to shopping, dining & highway. Staff were professional, kind and accommodating. 2 of the mornings, we observed housekeeping arrive and huddle at front desk for what appeared to be a morning check-in, plan for the day (?), and to motivate. We watched leadership give the ladies high-5's and a donut to start the day! This is team building, and we loved observing this! The ladies were top-notch and cleaned our room daily, squeaky clean like it was our 1st arrival day. "Thank You Ladies"!! The pool was delightful and a nice reprive at the end of the hot day. Breakfast was good with quality ingredients, loved the rolled oats for oatmeal and the toppings offered, also including oat milk in addition to dairy milks. Parking is easy and convenient. Building is secured at all entry points with the exception of main entrance, but someone was always at the desk. They also have a small bar in the hotel. We did not utilize their small grocery area, which seemed to offer a good variety of small meals and snacks, but did cook one night in our room as it had a complete kitchen. There is a decent size refrigerator, glass top stove, no oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes, pans, utensils and cleaning products available. This unit was like a studio apartment. It was perfect for what we needed while visiting family. Above all, their beautiful smiles made our stay delightful! I will return again when visiting family!
