"The building is not well maintained. They still have the original single pane windows that open, which seems like a tremendous safety hazard not to mention they make it really hot. Our window on the 12th floor was broken and “fixed” with tape. The first room had a broken a/c so we got a new room with a broken window and stained carpet. The whole building smells musty, moldy and gross. Tons of dings and scratches all over walls and even ceilings???? How does that happen? I called the number to the restaurant and was transferred FOUR times before someone would take my order. Anyhow, food was decent and staff was nice but the facility itself needs better upkeep."
