"Nice older-style hotel with helpful friendly staff. Room a bit small and overlooked by house opposite but other facilities very good. Relaxing lounge, very pleasant garden area, very nice restaurant serving excellent breakfast and convenient parking."

The bays at the front of the hotel (3) were, at most times occupied by non blue badge holders."

"Beautiful historic place to stay, situated in a picture postcard village. We loved staying here and found it very practical given we were in the area for a music festival. The room was very comfortable, amenities very good and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us check in early! Breakfast is made fresh for each guest when they book breakfast and the pub's setting is lovely with all the original features of the coaching inn. We stayed during some very hot days so had to have the windows...
