Cari Cottage di Pulau Howe

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced"

"Room amenities were adequate. Microwave and refrigerator worked well. Bed was comfortable. Daily maid service was appreciated. Breakfast was basic but adequate. However the telephone did not work . I needed to call front desk as there were many children making noise in the corridor after 8pm. I handled the problem myself."

"Breakfast was very pleasant, very friendly, with sufficient variety. Staff showed us to our rooms... that was appreciated.. the property really contains two hotels, so you need a little help, first visit. Beds were fine, we were comfortable. It calls itself Comfort inns Central.... but it's really near the 401 at Division Road In Kingston. We would gladly stay there again."

"there as no shampoo or body wash in the room,i had to go ask at the desk for some"

"We were in the new section of the hotel on the first floor. It was nice, clean and modern. Complimentary breakfast was good. I would stay again."

"Charming inn with a lot of history. It is right at the waterfront. The rooms were spacious with air conditioners and windows that open. It was very warm on the third floor. No mini fridge in the room which was disappointing. The cleanliness was not great. The dining room had dirty floors, lights full of cob webs and bugs flying around. It was warm and damp with odours throughout the inn. The property is large with parking, waterfront but no spa and no elevator with lots of stairs...
