Room was fine - a little small with an odd door out the bathroom to the patio - but was cute and cozy. Restaurant staff was nice and the girl at the front was really friendly and welcoming. "

However, we could hear everything other guest were doing - walking or running down the hall, moving...

"We had a perfect short stay, and would have loved to stay longer if our itinerary allowed. Everything was perfect and clean, as if we were the first visitors. We are a family of 6 with 4 children, and were hesitant if the kids would feel comfortable next door to us. It worked out perfectly. Clean and cozy! Bonus: We were able to see the Northern Lights even though it was a cloudy night. "

"Staff went out of their way to greet us and wake us up to ensure that we saw the northern lights at 11:30 PM. Property was clean, breakfast was delicious and filling for a European B&B. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in this area."

"Beautifully decorated hotel. Interior was stunning. Buffet breakfast was the best out of the other hotels my friend and I stayed at. Dinner is pricey, as with other hotels we stayed at. There is not much to chose from in terms of restaurants to eat at when your out of the city so be prepared for high prices and very minimal options. You can walk across the street to a small geyser area which was nice. Other than that. Nothing else around."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grimsborgir by Keahotels. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the outdoor hot tubs made the experience even more relaxing. Hot tub water was a bit too hot so be careful with that. Bathrobes and slippers were nice addition. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh options, and the peaceful countryside setting was perfect for enjoying Icelandic nature. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
