Along one of the many beaches of Hua Hin, Thailand, sits a tiny peninsula that houses Wat Khao Takiab. Like most temples, a statue of Buddha is displayed in some shape or form. This property is very convenient for the beach. Very child friendly but they can be a little noisy when playing in the pool which is situated down the centre of hotel. Overall this is a good place to stay and staff are very welcoming.

Boutique hotel/home away from Bangkok home

Anantasila is our go to hotel away from the craziness of BKK. Great beach, gardens, pool, service, food, and rooms are very well appointed, although there are different classes and sizes of rooms. This beach seems less commercial and you can walk 5 kms down it to the next small community. Dog friendly to some rooms, and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Is a smaller hotel which is nice.

Always a great stay

Escaped to Anantasila for a mid week break, and as always, had a great time. Service, room, staff and quality of food as good as ever. We have been here with our dog Leo many times from Bangkok, and the staff always greet us all by name and warmly. Stayed in a one bedroom suite in the annex building, which we love as it’s the dog friendly building and always quiet. Lots of neighborhood restaurants in walking distance, best beach in Hua Hin.

Great smaller boutique hotel, awesome beach

We have stayed here maybe 10 times the past few years. We keep coming back because of the uniqueness of the property, the warm and efficient service, the upkeep of the hotel and gardens, and they allow dogs in three different groupings of rooms in the property. We are always treated well, are sometimes upgraded, and when there is an issue (this time with a noisy adjacent guest), the hotel handled it perfectly and professionally. Breakfasts are great, very good selection, and the views of the beach from the dining area and pool/reception are awesome.

The property is located on the beachfront and you have options to walk or swim in the ocean or at the pool. The food is really good both breakfast and dinner.. The room is clean and optioned reasonably well. The only issue i have with people walking around with their dogs in prams and dogs barking.

The Anantasila Beach Resort probably has the best beach location in the HuaHin area with a relatively sheltered sea front but with more easily accessible areas for surfing. There are all the usual activities, amenities and food stalls along the lovely long beach front and it's easy to walk to Sea Pines Golf Club and beyond to the public beaches. We had booked the relatively cheaper Como room not realising that this is in a separate building away from the main hotel block which had a rather deserted unfinished feel, the room was small with no view, didn't feel relaxing to us so we asked if we could move to the main area which, for an increase in cost, the staff very helpfully and quickly arranged. This new room was so much better, larger, nearer everything and with a good view. The only downside was the proximity to the public beach access road and more specifically the dustbins which were emptied every morning between 6 and 7 am by a rather noisy bun lorry, not something the hotel can control. The swimming pool is excellent although while the sun loungers on one side are just outside guests rooms sliding patio doors are for all guests, it would feel very awkward to take these. Breakfast is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the very helpful and always pleasant staff. The location is a bit away from the centre of town, the hotel has a shuttle but it’s worth hiring a scooter to get to Cicada, the shopping malls, the night street market and other sights.

More than a hotel : Anantasila is a spirit

Great hotel that makes you feel home . People are lovely , food is great and you can spend the whole day at this hotel with many activities for kids on the beach . Very relaxing atmosphere . It’s been the 4th time we stay at this hotel and wish we could come back again .

One of the most relaxed and beautiful hotels you could ask for. You don't need it to be a 5 star hotel to make you feel special. The staff are wonderful, rooms are basic but comfortable, and you won't be spending time in your room with a pool and garden like this one.

Fantastic charming beach resort

We booked this hotel last minute due to a change in plans. We were very pleased with our 9 day stay. The beach was fantastic. The room was spacious. The restaurant had both Thai and international food and everything we ate was delicious. The hotel itself is warm and charming, unlike most of the huge towers in Hua Hin.The staff were over the top excellent in every respect and made us feel welcome and appreciated. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels around the world and we rank this as among the best places we have stayed. On top of that, it was very affordable.

Allt var perfekt.Snygg inredning i hotellet, Skön atmosfär. Härlig pool och perfekt strandläge. Rummet var rymligt och fint och sängarna fantastiska. Vi kommer komma tillbaka hit! Det enda man kanske skulle önskat sig bore nån form av aktivitet, pingisbord e t c.

Fantastisk oplevelse

Hotellet har alt, hvad vi som familie kunne ønske med pool, restaurant (både internt og eksternt), massage, strand osv. indenfor få hundrede meter. Dertil utrolig højt serviceniveau inkl. shuttle til nærmeste busstation, som også gjorde at Hua Hin centrum var tæt ved.
