"The place was dirty with stained carpets. The room had poor lighting, no closet, no place to set your bags down, and smelled like pot. They did have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"The blinds did not work in our room and there were stains on the lamp. We also had a weight for coffee because there was none left. Poor quality coffee. For the amount of money we paid the hotel did not match. Pool out of order as well"

"Very good stay, excellent clean room, very good breakfast, really nice lobby/breakfast room and halls. Very quiet. The desk needs to be manned more consistently. Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful."

"The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Having a refrigerator and microwave made our stay convenient. The staff was very friendly. Coffee was available from 6:00 - 10:00 which was convenient to not have to go out for coffee. The fact that dogs are welcome at Motel 6 is the reason Motel 6 is my first choice."

"Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles. Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms) Don't stay here."

"Hotel is 6 mins away from New England Sports Center and our room had a large fridge and nice kitchenette. Patio outside has a grill area, so if your team stays together you can have an after game grill-n-beer. Back of the building has 6+ charging station for your EV."

"The place is good for 1 night no more then that is really small and the mattress are so hard i had back pain por 3 days after sleep there. About cleaning was ok."

"Time for a make over. Property and hotel getting old, it would certainly be a good idea for a major make over. Beds are comfy, room and bath very clean, but that bathroom is small and the door doesn’t help. We’d stay again, family in the area, it just needs some changes and refreshing."
