"Breakfast was excellent. Overall property was in good shape and looked good. Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay."

"everything was great. anything i asked for was immediately completed or taken care of. i made a mistake on a booking and they helped me correct it as well. no complaints. everyone of the employees in any of the positions were helpful and so sweet and friendly. i recommend and would be sure to stop here next time i’m traveling through. i wish i could afford to tip them all 5x’s as much! thanks for the wonderful experience."

"Overall the room was cleanish, however the property has been under renovation since I stayed here 3 years ago. No breakfast. No working pool. Not even the ice machine worked. My card to my room kept getting de-magnitized and I had to get new cards… my last day I was told my phone will cause that. First night no hot water in the shower. Went to make a coffee and the last guests pod was in there from who knows when. I had my dog with me, I called in advance and was told there was a $50 pet fee, as is also stated on the listing. Upon checking in it was suddenly a $75 pet fee (and $5 parking fee for an unsecured lot littered with liquor bottles). Won’t be staying here again."

"As a Hilton Honors member, I was very pleased with my experience at check-in. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful, and positive. The property itself was clean, contemporary, spacious, and very welcoming. Upon departure, I like to stop by the front desk to confirm there are no additional charges on my room and to request a printed receipt. In the past at another property, I experienced an issue where my card was charged for a room that had been paid for with reward points, so I prefer to double-check before leaving. When I arrived at the front desk, I noticed the staff member was assisting several guests at the breakfast and coffee station by refilling supplies. I waited a few minutes before approaching her and politely asked if she could assist me with checking out and printing a receipt. She responded that she would be there in just a moment because she was refilling the creamers. After waiting at the front desk approximately another 5–8 minutes, I noticed she had continued bringing out additional supplies to restock. I walked back over and explained that although I understood she was the only staff member available at the moment, I really needed assistance with my receipt and checkout. Her response caught me off guard when she replied, “I am helping guests.” I responded, “I am a guest too.” She eventually came over and assisted me, but the interaction left me feeling overlooked and somewhat dismissed. Date May 23 & 24th - check out 9:00am"
