"We loved the cleanliness of the property. The inside is beautiful, and loved how it was decorated! The only drawback is that it’s very loud from traffic and outside noise even though it’s in a quiet area. You can hear everything outside all night. "The AC in our first room was leaking water onto the floor; so we called the front desk to report the issue. They were able to move us to another room without issue. "The room was nice, the pool and outdoor areas were well kept. Breakfast options were good and fresh. The fitness center had to be accessed by asking the staff to open the door. The room did not seem like it was air conditioned and they said to “prop the outside door open to let air flow.” Overall, it was a good hotel and budget friendly."

"AC is on a motion sensor, which is a really bad idea in Texas. Our room was often so hot, humid, and weird smelling when we were away from it, the carpet practically felt spongy at times because of the humidity. It would also cycle off sometimes at night which made sleeping really uncomfortable. The front desk was incredibly unhelpful about stuff like this and didn’t seem to care. Also our tv remote didn’t work, no info about WiFi or tv channels, and the mattress pad was made for a smaller size...
