"Absolutely hated our check-in experience.
We arrived around 4:40 p.m. to check into two rooms. Shaun (6646-F) took my ID and credit card for both reservations but told me one of the rooms wasn't ready. Since check-in was already well past 4:00 p.m., that was surprising. He said we'd receive a text when the room became available.
We left our luggage in the one room that was ready and went to dinner. By about 7:15 p.m., we still hadn't received a text, so we returned to the front desk. Shaun...

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"We had a relaxing stay at the Blue Heron. They have a nice breakfast in a cute breakfast area. The dockside bar and restaurant was very good and convenient with excellent service.
