"The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The doors were heavy and slammed shut which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. We saw one large ant crawling on the floor right near the door. A maid happened to walk by when I saw it (we were just entering the room). She was very nice and offered to come back...

There was an overwhelming odor of marijuana on all three floors. The floors had soap residue which left them slippery. The best description I can give is that the building and house services are not properly or professionally maintained. The breakfast lacked utensils, the scrambled eggs had tin foil, the bakery was stale and...

"We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

"The only complaint I have is there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, on the bathroom floor and on the vanity top."

When we go back we plan to explore the heated pool area. Casino was clean and non-smoking. Plus even though non- smoking facility they do have good designated smoking areas."
