I changed my room and once I told her the reason she was very professional and empathetic. That means alot to me. I have over 30k followers as a single mom looking to pamper herself I would def recommend this place. Reason why I gave it a 4- while I took a shower the water rise up to 2 inches after 8minutes. I felt uncomfortable and I thought nobody want to feel that much water at their feet while showering off. Light in the bathroom too low. Again overall I had a great stay. Thank u"
