"Friendly and accommodating clean."

"Wish I could say it was a nice stay. My biggest take away would be the OUTER doors are NOT locked at ANY TIME. As a single female traveler, I find this very concerning. I travel with my service dog and my competition dog, so I decided not to find another place for the weekend. The first room assigned had hairs inside the bedding. I asked for another room and in that one, the bathtub had black hair at the drain(I discovered this the next morning) luckily, I carry disinfectant cleaner with me....

"We stayed at this hotel while at a travel softball tournament for our daughter. The amenities were great and our room was clean. There was plenty of parking. The manager on duty was incredibly helpful and kind. Our whole team stayed and they loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast. We were even allowed to gather in the dining area as a team and have dinner and unwind from the day together. Very youth sports team friendly! Definitely recommend!"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast had more options than I expected. I just wish the water pressure in the shower was a little better. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again next time I visit. "

"I wish the electric car charging fee is little cheaper for EVs of low KW , they have a flat fee. Or else I don't have any complain. "

"Staff nice. Wish the pool was open later than 10 pm, most places have it open 10-12 no children. I travel late & would be nice to relax in the hot tub after driving for hours."

"Everyone at the property was very friendly. They seemed to be in the middle of a refresh so things were a bit out of sorts. The hot tub wasn't working properly & there was signs of construction on most floors. Thankfully the property was quiet at night."

"We stayed there for a dance competition and had a great time. Our room was very clean, the pool was excellent, and breakfast was great. The coffee was fantastic!"

"The room had peeling paint and a stain on the mattress. Vending machines did not work. There was always a bunch of kids in pool splashing and sitting in the hot tub. Our bathtub had not been rinsed out. There was all kinds of bubbles in there. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6am -9am. We got there at 8:10am. "I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...
