"The hotel seemed fine when we got there. However, our bathroom was not clean. It had urine and hair on the toilet bowl and the floors were sticky."

"We've stayed there 2 years in a row for a Girls' Weekend in downtown Grand Rapids. We even booked the same room the second time! Just loved it! Close to everything in Downtown! All the restaurants we went to were great, reasonable, and within walking distance (and I highly recommend Tupelo Honey, which is right across the street).
