"They cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there at 3pm!!!!!!!!! Unreal!!! No joke said we were suppose to be there on the dot when you CAN get your room! Left us stranded as we have an EV and planned our trip to charge there upon arrival. Front desk lady was HORRID and hateful."

"Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep."

So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . "Only complaint was the refrigerator was very loud all night. Otherwise, well kept and clean."

"Everything was great the only complaint I have is keep more toilet paper stocked in the rooms. Only the roll on the dispenser when we got there and it was a halfsie. Other than that it was great! Second time staying there too :)"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a full refrigerator, a microwave sink and even a dishwasher. A separate space with a sofa and tv. The beds were very comfortable."

"The staff at this hotel were great! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The location was also great and within walking distance to lots of gems. The room however was not the best I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was questionably clean with yellow drips down all of the walls. The TV only worked part of the time, and there was no mini fridge, though I should have checked that before booking. My only window faced into someone’s apartment, but kind of to be expected since I didn’t pay more for the city...
