Kids loved the pool and we all loved the breakfast ! To be honest I was worried because after I booked the hotel I decided to read the reviews and I read so many that were saying that the rooms were disgusting and that they found stains on bedding. The hotel its self is very well maintained i think . And our room was very nice spacious and we had a king suite with pull out couch bed fir the kids. Plenty big enough for my husband and I and our 3 kids. The room was clean and we definitely enjoyed our stay .

The manager exemplified what it means to serve her customers by greeting guests and welcoming them to the hotel. There was a young lady when we checked in who was not as friendly when we checked in and during breakfast the next morning another young lady seemed irritated that we were still eating breakfast as time passed. The housekeeping staff was excellent and greeted us in the hallways while they were cleaning the rooms. They were more inviting than the hired staff for the front check-in. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and suitable to accommodate us during our stay.

The room was clean and spacious, and the shower was great! The stairways were dirty, and the outside areas felt a bit run down. The morning staff were friendly, but our evening check in staff was not. The hotel was great for the price and met our needs for the weekend.

There was spiders right outside our room the mirror was dirty and there was no sheets for the pull out couch with had crumbs all over it also when my wife went down one night for water they told her she couldn’t fill it up cause it was after breakfast hours very dissatisfying

The room was spacious, but there was trash left under the bed from previous tenants. There were minor repairs that needed fixing, like the toilet seat and the sink stopper. Overall it was acceptable and the location was great for what I needed.

There was hair in the shower and in the sink. There was no soap in the shower canisters. The pull out bed was dirty. I can’t believe that I paid over $200 a night for this. My son’s college apartment was cleaner than this place. When we were driving I called for 2 hours trying to get someone to answer the front desk phone. I left a message but no one called me back.
