"This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! Room was seemingly clean until the shower... Mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. "This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at."

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk.
