The staff and the mates lingered in the lobby and smoking section. The ladies at the desk were at least pleasant when we came to the desk."

"We called before arriving to let the staff know that we were going to arrive by 10:30 pm as we were going straight to our event. The lady who answered the phone said that they were sold out and cannot warantee that we will have a room upon our arrival. We had prepaid the room. So, we had to go to the hotel and checked in so we were not going to loose the room. We travel often and that never happened to us."
