"Issues unresolved"

"Truly a fantastic experience! Nestled right in the center of Hue, the property offers great convenience while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly, making me feel right at home. I am thoroughly pleased with everything here and will certainly return if I'm ever back in the area. Thank you all for your wonderful service!"

"Very hot hall ways."

"Clean, great staff, good value. Beds are comfortable."

"The rooms are huge, the view is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. I would book it again if I ever return to Hue!"

"Nice hotel"

"It was a 1 night stay only but it wasn’t that"
