Lovely hotel, staff and incredible breakfast!!

One of our favourite hotels we have stayed in so far across our 3 week travel of Vietnam. Really lovely staff, greeted with complimentary fresh fruit juice upon arrival. Staff very knowledgable of the local area, and cared more about our trip than up selling their own tours like a lot of hotels. The breakfast was the best we had, a choice of 4 dishes from their menu and a drink... All free! It may be a little out of the centre of the town but this hotel is worth every penny!

Amazing customer service!

I never leave reviews but the service was so good I feel compelled! The room was basic but a good location for the price. The service however was above and beyond! The staff was so helpful and cooked an amazing breakfast of anything you wanted. They helped us book a cheap/reputable motorbike rental to hoi an and gave good local tips.

Could’ve been better

The stay was ok. The area wasn’t great and the check in was a bit slow as there was 4 other couples waiting for rooms also. The bed was comfortable.

The bad experience

We arrived at the hotel at ~6p.m, on Sunday, rainy day in December. Our booking is double, they gave us a twin room which explaination our room had another guest??? My wife asked for change to 1 bed or we could pay the upgrade fee. They told us something like our booking was a false of old employee, good price... And they would charge us more 300.000vnd~ 18usd for the higher one, my wife refused because the total amount was too expensive for an accommodation without breakfast, and the hotel condition wasn't good. After that, she called us and said the hotel would return our money and we had to find another one by ourself. Could you imagine it, please? Sunday evening, rainy..we are touritors. In the end, we just stayed for 1 night.

Very Nice Stay

The staff were extremely attentive from the minute we arrived, providing us with fresh fruit salad and fresh mango juice. The room had two double beds and there was only 2 of us staying so we had plenty of space. The rooms are slightly dated but it was well equipped with a fridge (minibar), hairdryer and basic toiletries. The staff honestly couldn't have done more for us and made our stay amazing! The breakfast is delicious too, we couldn't see the table for all of the food piled on top!

Nice hotel with sweet staff

Our stay at Riverside Hotel was great. The staff were so helpful going out of their to help optimize not only our stay at their hotel but the city Hue as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Okay hotel in a back alley

It is an okay hotel to stay. The rooms were small and cleanliness was just okay. Nothing much about it. The breakfast was by order basis but you can order as many times as you want for free (we didn't know this for the first day and ended up slightly hungry after breakfast). On the bright side, the staff was very hospitable though.

Great stay at Charming Riverside hotel

We arrived very early morning few hours before check in and they were able to accommodate us. The breakfast was really good (banana pancakes was my favorite). The place is clean, well kept. It is located on a quite street near all the shops, restaurants and the night market. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

部屋からの眺望がよくフラッグタワーやライトアップされたチュオンティエン橋が良く見える。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで郊外の帝陵観光についての相談にも丁寧に対応してくれた。無料の朝食は沢山のメニューから自由に選べ、眺望のよい最上階のレストランでゆっくりと食べることができる。部屋には液晶テレビ・エアコン・冷蔵庫・電気ポット・ドライヤーがあり、各部屋の電気温水器からのシャワーは水圧も高く快適。ホテルから約5分歩けば新市街、レストランが沢山有るしコンビニもある。リーズナブルでおすすめのホテル。

Prisvärt hotell med perfekt läge.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som hjälpte oss med olika arrangemang typ utflykter och transporter. Hotellet låg perfekt med fin utsikt från frukost serveringen. Enkelt men rent rum. Bllligt.

前台的几个工作人员英语都很好，服务态度也很热情，接待的时候有果汁和水果，房间设施也就是家庭旅馆的水平吧，用的还是电热水器，洗澡不爽，酒店位置在河的另一边，周围比较破败，早餐份量有点小

Comfortable budget hotel.

Good comfortable hotel, slightly confusing as there is a Charming Hotel right in the touristy centre of Hue not to be confused with this one which is a good 10minute walk from anything places to eat/drink etc. Amazing breakfast though, 2 dishes and 2 drinks included in the free breakfast which is unheard of with budget hotels.

Helpful staff and good budget rooms

The staff at this hotel can't do enough for you. We were greeted with fruit, cold drinks and helpful local information. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices of western and Asian dishes. Slightly off from the main tourist area but I'd really recommend this hotel for an excellent budget option.

Wonderful Staff & Great Breakfast

When we arrived at Charming Riverside we were warmly greeted by Kelly and received a cold drink and fresh fruit, this was especially appreciated since we had just motorbiked from Hoi An. The room was clean, comfortable and had terrific WiFi. The staff provided us with great recommendations of where to eat and what to visit. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and their restaurant has beautiful views of Hue. The staff went out our their way to make us feel welcomed and enjoy our time in Hue!

I and my girl friend stay here for 1 night. We were welcomed by great juice and watermelon. The staff here are amazing , they made our stay more wonderful with the information about the tour. The location is great, especially the riverview. The breakfast was very nice with the view from the window and the fresh air on the fiffth floor. Nicest and friendliest staff I have yet to meet in Vietnam. Rooms are clean and mordern. 10/10 would visit again.
